These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the COMARINE WorkHub website and any enquiry you submit through it. By browsing this website you accept these terms. COMARINE WorkHub is operated by COMARINE Group, 11 Georgiou Vizyinou, 6017 Larnaca, Cyprus.
All prices published on this website are indicative, expressed in Euro (€) and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. Any estimate produced by the price calculator is for guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in writing in your membership or rental agreement.
Workspace bookings, memberships and virtual office services are subject to a separate written agreement and to availability. Access to the premises, use of facilities and any included services are governed by that agreement and by the house rules displayed on site.
Members and visitors must use the premises lawfully and respectfully, must not cause nuisance or damage, and remain responsible for their own belongings and equipment. Shared services such as printing, scanning and photocopying are provided based on the membership terms and may be subject to fair-use limits. Telephone lines are provided for domestic calls only.
All content on this website — including text, images, floor plans, logos and layout — is owned by or licensed to COMARINE Group and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Photographs and visualisations are indicative and may differ from the actual space.
Details you submit through our contact forms are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage a potential or existing membership. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
